OUR CONTESTS The Contests
Cervim, as part of the heroic wine enhancement activity, organizes the Mondial des Vins Extrêmes (formerly the International Mountain Wine Competition), the only international competition expressly dedicated to wines produced from grapes from heroic vineyards, now in its 32th edition in 2024. Since 2021 the Cervim also organizes an international competition expressly dedicated to the distillates of raw materials of vinous origin (pomace, lees and wine) produced in areas characterized by heroic viticulture.
