Information and application forms

To join the CERVIM a request has to be addressed to the Board of Directors, specifying the category to which your organisation belongs, the location and the features of the viticulture represented, in accordance with Article 1 of the Statute.

The application, with the information requested, should be accompanied by the duly completed and signed application form (attached below), as well as by the form authorising treatment of personal data..

After the Board of Directors has approved the membership application, the Centre will promptly inform the interested parties, at the same time providing payment details for the membership fee.
