Back, finally after two years, the most awaited Italian event in the world of wine, Vinitaly!
Also in this edition the Cervim will be present with some appointments.
The first, which will be held Monday, April 11 at 11 am at the institutional space of the autonomous region Valle d'Aosta - Hall 12 Stand A3 - C4 - will be the presentation of the thirtieth edition of the Mondial des Vins Extrêmes, the only international competition expressly dedicated to wines produced with grapes from heroic vineyards. It will therefore be an opportunity to celebrate this important anniversary. There will also be the second edition of Extreme Spirits International Contest, the competition dedicated to heroic spirits.
It will also be an opportunity to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Cervim. The Centre was founded in 1987 by the Autonomous Region of Aosta Valley.
The second will take place on Monday, April 11 at 12.30 at the Pavilion of the Region of Sicily, and will see the presentation of the first 5 Cervim Ambassadors - Viticulture Heroic. Since this year, in fact, the Cervim has decided to establish this honorary title that is conferred to personalities related to this particular viticulture, for passion, knowledge of the places or because they operate directly in these contexts.
The mission of the "Ambassadors" is to promote the dissemination of knowledge of the peculiarities of heroic viticulture and its wines to institutions, researchers, technicians, enthusiasts or subjects who directly or indirectly operate in the world of wine and more generally to the general public.
The third appointment scheduled for Tuesday, April 12 at 11 am at the institutional space of the Autonomous Region of Valle d'Aosta - Hall 12 Stand A3 - C4 - will see the presentation "The road of the Alpine vineyards: a path to the discovery of mountain viticulture" as part of the project Vi.A Tour - Tour of the Alpine vineyards road financed by the Alcotra Italy-France program, in which the Cervim participates as a project partner.
